He supports real estate investment activities by conducting research, organizing office operations, managing direct mail marketing, and coordinating contractor databases and project materials.

Gia Vecino
Has an extensive experience in handling international B2B clients, real estate, and virtual assistance.
She is reporting directly to the CEO, fostering relationships with real estate and insurance agents, and managing our social media platforms on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. She aims to enhance our client interactions and expand our online presence. Her diverse experience will be a great asset to the team.
In addition to these responsibilities, Gia also oversees the cold-calling team as a team leader, ensuring high-quality performance and maintaining excellent standards in client outreach. Her expertise in social media marketing and leadership in cold-calling operations will allow us to expand our online presence and reach a broader audience.

Cee has over 16 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Learning & Development, specializing in cold calling, marketing outreach, and business development.
She focuses on lead generation, drafting marketing emails, and building client relationships to drive new business. Her expertise in virtual assistance and outreach will be a key asset to the team’s growth.
Outside of work, Cee enjoys singing with a local girl group, cooking, spending time with her kids, and continuously learning to enhance both her personal and professional skills.

Claudia Rojas
Claudia has over 16 years of mortgage and real estate experience. A bilingual professional fluent in Spanish, she brings exceptional organizational and communication skills to her role.
As the REI Project Manager at Simply Invest LLC, Claudia will oversee various aspects of real estate investment projects, including meeting with contractors for quotes, conducting weekly site visits to monitor progress, coordinating material and furniture logistics, and keeping the CEO updated with project developments. Her attention to detail and commitment to timelines make her a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys reading, writing, and dancing, as well as volunteering and spending quality time with her family.
