Throughout her career, she has reviewed and underwritten a high volume of residential and commercial transactions, developing a deep expertise in risk assessment, deal structure, and credit decision-making. Her background includes leading underwriting teams and evaluating complex scenarios with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and disciplined execution.
After years of working behind the scenes in underwriting, Jacqueline transitioned into active real estate investing and capital structuring. She now applies that same level of rigor to sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Her experience allows her to approach each deal with a comprehensive understanding of both the capital side and the operational side of real estate.
Today, Jacqueline leads Simply Invest Capital with a focus on providing strategic capital solutions, structuring real estate-backed investment opportunities, and supporting investors across multiple stages of growth. Her work spans acquisitions, financing, furnished housing operations, and investor education through Simply Invest Academy.
